Essential oils are absolutely wonderful to use in a therapeutic way or just as a sensual and relaxing experience.
I fell in love with essential oils during my naturopathic training, not only I could see the tremendous healing potential, but they also smell amazing and leave you bathing in a cloud of beautiful scents, taking you to evocative places far far away.

 

Orange blossom reminds me of a Moroccan souk, or sandalwood perhaps which is found in India and what about the citrus tones of bergamot sourced from Southern Italy? How amazing that these oils can help us travel in place and time just by smelling them. So let me take you on a journey filled with beautiful scents and discovering the power and healing of essential oils.

Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health. Aromatherapy is thought of as both an art and a science and has recently gained more recognition in the fields of science and medicine.
